• Boneless Pork or Veal Cutlets

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup Flour

  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Oil for Frying


  1. Place cutlets between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them until they're about 1/4 inch thick

  2. Prepare breading station

    1. Place flour in a large bowl or plate

    2. Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl

    3. Place bread crumbs in a large bowl or plate

  3. Coat the cutlets in the flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs and set aside

  4. Pour oil in a high walled skillet until there is about 1/4 inch in the pan

    1. Heat to 350 degrees

  5. Once oil is hot, fry the cutlets until golden brown. About 2 minutes on each side

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. Eat!
