Boneless Pork or Veal Cutlets
2 eggs
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper
Oil for Frying
Place cutlets between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them until they're about 1/4 inch thick
Prepare breading station
Place flour in a large bowl or plate
Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl
Place bread crumbs in a large bowl or plate
Coat the cutlets in the flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs and set aside
Pour oil in a high walled skillet until there is about 1/4 inch in the pan
Heat to 350 degrees
Once oil is hot, fry the cutlets until golden brown. About 2 minutes on each side
Salt and pepper to taste
Eat!
