2 cups Precooked Cornmeal
2 teaspoons Salt
2 1/2 cups Water (warm)
oil for pan frying

Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the cornmeal, salt, and water
Cut into 4 equal pieces
Shape into discs, about 1/2 inch thick
Fry in a skillet over medium-high heat
Let cool for a few minutes
With a steak knife, cut a slit into the arepa for stuffing
Stuff with your choice of cheese and/or meat (shredded meat generally works the best)
Eat!
