Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Masa Corn Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1.5 +/- cups Water

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Portion into about 8 plum-sized balls
  3. Smash balls into tortillas using a tortilla press or use book/cutting board to press them
    1. Put inside a gallon-sized Ziploc baggie to prevent sticking
  4. Heat a skillet at medium-high and cook tortillas until toasted on each side
  5. Eat!
