Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 3 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 2 Eggs (beaten)

  • 1 cup Milk

  • ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  3. Pour ingredients into a 9 inch pie dish (greased)

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or so, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean

  5. Eat!
