Flat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Full Fat Plain Yogurt

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients

  2. Kneed the dough until everything is evenly combined

  3. Divide into 6 even pieces and roll into balls

  4. Roll the dough balls flat into about 8X8 inch circles, let rest for 20 minutes

  5. Use a brush to apply garlic butter (or garlic olive oil) on one side, before placing it oil side down on a medium-high skillet

  6. Brush the other side with the garlic butter - cook each side 2-3 minutes

  7. Eat!
