2.5 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a stand mixer
Kneed until combined into a firm dough - should be a relatively dry dough
Shape into a ball, cover, and let rest 30 minutes
Roll out into a thin sheet, about 1/8 inch thick
Flour heavily and roll up
Cut into strips of the desired width
Bring a large pot of water to a boil (season with 2 tablespoons of salt)
Cook pasta for 2-3 minutes
Eat!
