Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2.5 cups Flour

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a stand mixer

  2. Kneed until combined into a firm dough - should be a relatively dry dough

  3. Shape into a ball, cover, and let rest 30 minutes

  4. Roll out into a thin sheet, about 1/8 inch thick

  5. Flour heavily and roll up

  6. Cut into strips of the desired width

  7. Bring a large pot of water to a boil (season with 2 tablespoons of salt)

  8. Cook pasta for 2-3 minutes

  9. Eat!
