1.5 cups Warm Water
2.25 teaspoons Yeast
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 cups Flour
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
Instructions
In stand mixer, combine water, yeast, and sugar and let proof for a couple minutes
Add flour, whole wheat flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix well and kneed for 8-10 minutes
Coat with remaining olive oil and let rest for 1.5 hours
Cut into 12 pieces and shape into balls
Roll the dough balls out to 6-8 inch diameter sheets
Let rest 20 minutes
In a hot (400 degrees Fahrenheit) pan or grill, cook the bread for about 3 minutes on each side
Eat!
