Wings
4 pounds Chicken Wings
2 tablespoons Canola Oil
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Sauce
4 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
In a large bowl, combine wings, oil, baking powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper and mix well until wings are evenly coated
Lay wings out on a wire rack over a baking sheet
Once oven heated, bake the wings for 30 minutes
Flip the wings and bake for another 30 minutes
Make the sauce
Add all sauce ingredients into a small saucepan (save one tablespoon of butter for later), place over medium heat, and mix well
Once wings are cooked, place in a large bowl with sauce and one tablespoon of butter, toss well to mix
Eat!
