16 ounces Pasta
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Yellow Onion (chopped)
2 cup Celery (chopped)
1 cup Carrots (chopped)
1 pound Chicken (cubed)
1 cup White Wine
3 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Cream
Salt and Pepper
Cook pasta per package instruction and set aside
In a large pot over medium high heat, add oil
Once oil is hot, add onion, celery, carrots, and chicken, sauté for about ten minutes
Add wine to deglaze
Add chicken broth and cream, mix well and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes
Add cooked pasta, slat, and pepper, and mix well
Add some pasta water if the mixture is too thick
Eat!
