Chicken
12 ounces Dried Rice Noodles
2 tablespoons Oil
2 Chilis (finely chopped)
1 Yellow Onion (sliced)
1 pound Chicken (cubed)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
2 Green Onions (cut into 2 inch pieces)
Sauce
3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Water
1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
Cook noodles according to package instructions
Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil
Once hot, add yellow onions and chilis and sauté for a couple minutes
Add chicken, garlic, and fish sauce and cook until chicken is done
Add green onions, cooked noodles, and sauce - mix well and cook for another minute
Take off of heat, add basil and mix well
Eat!
