12 ounces Pasta
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 pound Chicken (cubed)
1 pound Cherry tomatoes
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Pepper flakes
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup Cream
3 cups Fresh Spinach
1/2 cup Basil (chopped)
Parmesan
Salt and Pepper
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat
Once hot, add the oil and chicken, cook for about 5 minutes
Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, thyme, and pepper flakes and cook for 2 more minutes
Reduce temp to medium low and cook for a few more minutes until most of the water has evaporated
Add flour and mix well, cook for one minute
Add cream and stir continuously until everything is well combined
cook until preferred consistency is attained
Add cooked pasta, spinach, basil, Parmesan, and salt and pepper - mix well
Eat!
