1/4 pound Bacon (chopped)
1 small Onion (diced)
3 cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 cans (15.5 ounces each) Red Beans
Preheat oven to 400°F
In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until crispy
Add onion and sauté for 7-8 minutes until cooked through and beginning to caramelize
Add garlic and cook for another minute
Add remaining ingredients to the saucepan and mix well
Transfer to a small baking pan and place in oven
Bake for 20 minutes
