Brussels Sprouts Bake

1/4 pound Bacon (chopped)
2 tablespoons Butter
1 Onion (diced)
2 pounds Brussels Sprouts (halved)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Shredded Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until crispy
Remove bacon and set aside
Add butter, onion, brussels sprouts, salt, and cayenne to skillet and sauté until tender and browned, about 10 minutes
Remove from heat, add heavy cream and bacon and mix well
Transfer to a baking pan and cover with cheese
Bake 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly
Eat!
