1 teaspoon Salt
1.5 cups White Vinegar
2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
~20 Chilis (chopped)
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat
Boil for about 5 minutes and remove from heat
Once cool enough to handle, pour solution into a blender and blend until smooth
Strain the mixture through a sieve into a mason jar
Eat!
