1 cup Un-Cooked Quick Grits
3 cups Chicken Broth
3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Cream
1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
Salt and Pepper

In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil, over medium-high heat
Add grits and stir well
Cook for 5-10 minutes until the desired thickness is reached
Reduce temp to simmer, add butter, cheese, cream, parsley, salt, and pepper and mix well
Eat!
