Grits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Un-Cooked Quick Grits

  • 3 cups Chicken Broth

  • 3 tablespoons Butter

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Cream

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

  • Salt and Pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil, over medium-high heat

  2. Add grits and stir well

  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the desired thickness is reached

  4. Reduce temp to simmer, add butter, cheese, cream, parsley, salt, and pepper and mix well

  5. Eat!
