Labneh Cheese

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon Salt

  • Cheesecloth

Instructions

  1. Mix salt with yogurt

  2. Pour mixture into cheesecloth

  3. Collect into ball and tie off with a rubber band

  4. Suspend over a bowl

  5. Refrigerate for 24-36 hours

  6. Shape it however you want it shaped

    1. Rolling it in ground black pepper is delicious

  7. Eat!
