16 ounces Pasta
1 stick Butter
1/4 cup Flour
4 cups Milk
6 cups Shredded Cheese (Pepper Jack & Cheddar Rocks!)
Salt & Pepper
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
Cook pasta to al dente
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Once butter is melted, add flour and whisk continuously for a few minutes
Reduce heat to low, add milk and continue whisking until all clumps are gone and mixture has thickened
Add cheese and stir until smooth - season with salt and pepper
Mix cheese sauce and pasta in a baking pan, sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs
Broil in oven for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown
Eat!
