Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Yellow Potatoes
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Quarter potatoes
  2. Boil until cooked
  3. Drain water
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mash by hand
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Eat!
