14 ounce can Whole Pealed Tomatoes (drained and blended)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Place a small saucepan over medium-high heat and add oil
Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and saute until fragrant
Add the remaining ingredients
Simmer (uncovered) for an hour
