1 bag (3 ounces) Dried Ancho Chilies (chopped)
2 Dried Red Chilies (chopped)
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (chopped)
2 stalks Green Onion (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
~1 cup White Vinegar
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined into a smooth paste
You can store it in a jar in the refrigerator for a week or freeze it in a plastic bag and it will stay indefinitely
