~2 cups Water
6 Dried Guajillo or Ancho Chilies (chopped)
4 Dried Arbol Chilies
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 Onion
1 can (7 ounces) Chipotles
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
In a small saucepan, add chilies (remove seeds if you prefer less spicy) and cover with water, boil for about 20 minutes
Place all ingredients and ~1.5 cups of the water (once cooled) into a blender and blend until smooth
Sift mixture through a sieve to remove any large flakes
