Biscuits & Gravy


  • 1 pound Italian Sausage

    • Can substitute with ground beef seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Paprika, and Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1/3 cup Flour

  • 3 cups Milk

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Add sausage to a large pan over medium-high heat

  2. Cook a few minutes to brown the sausage

  3. Add flour and mix well, cook for another minute or so to toast the flour

  4. Add milk, salt, and pepper

  5. Serve over Drop Biscuits

  6. Eat!
