Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Fettuccine

  • 1/2 pound Bacon (chopped)

  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 4 Eggs (beaten)

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (shredded)

  • 1/3 cup Cream (0ptional)

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta per package instructions

  2. In a large skillet, add bacon and place over medium high heat

  3. Once bacon is cooked, turn off the heat, add pasta and a few tablespoons of pasta water

  4. Once pan cools off and stops sizzling, add the eggs, Parmesan, and optional cream

    1. Continuously stir and toss the pasta until creamy and evenly coated

  5. Eat!
