Italian Sausage & Creamy Cherry Tomato Pasta


  • 8 ounces Pasta

  • 1/2 pound Italian Sauces (removed from casing)

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 8 ounces Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste

  • 1/4 cup Cream

  • Parmesan


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions

    1. Reserve a cup of pasta water for later

  2. Sauté the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat

  3. Once cooked through, add the garlic and sauté for another minute

  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and tomato paste, mix well, and cook down for 5-10 minutes

  5. Reduce heat to low, add the cream and mix well

  6. Add the cooked pasta and combine

    1. Add some of the pasta water if the mixture is too thick

  7. Top with some shredded Parmesan cheese

  8. Eat!
