8 ounces Pasta
1/4 pound Bacon (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
15.5 ounces Crushed Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
~ 1 cup Pecorino Cheese (shredded)

Cook pasta according to package instructions
Reserve a cup of pasta water for later
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until bacon is crispy
Add garlic and sauté for another minute
Add tomatoes and black pepper, reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce thickens
Add pasta and cheese, mix well
Add a little pasta water if too thick
Eat!
