Sausage Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Italian Sausage

  • 8 ounces Mushrooms

  • 1 Small Onion (sliced)

  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 16 ounces Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

  • ~20 leaves of Basil (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 16 ounces Pasta

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (less pasta) to a large saucepan over medium high heat, cook until reduced

  2. Cook pasta (al dente)

  3. Add pasta to saucepan

  4. Mix it all together

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste

  6. Eat!
