1/4 pound Bacon (chopped)
2 tablespoons Butter
1 Yellow Onion (diced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/3 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
2 cups Water
2 cups Heavy Cream
2 cans (15.5 ounce each) White Beans
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Chicken bouillon
1 pound Fish (cubed)
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
In a large pot over medium high heat, add bacon and fry for a few minutes until cooked
Add butter and onions and cook for about 5 minutes, until aromatic and translucent
Add garlic and cook for another minute or so until aromatic
Reduce heat to low and add flour and stir constantly - cook for a few minutes until flour begins to lightly toast
Add milk, cream, beans, water, salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon and mix well
Add fish and simmer for 2 hours - stirring every 15 minutes or so
Eat!
