1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 stick Butter
1 Onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/3 cup Flour
2 cups Water
1 cup Cream
1 pound Mushrooms (chopped)
1 Bouillon Cube
2 Boiled Potatoes (mashed or chopped)
Salt and Pepper
Place a large pot over medium-high heat
Once hot, add the oil and onions - cook for 5-7 minutes
Add garlic and butter
Once butter is melted, add the flour and mix well
Add water, cream, mushrooms, bouillon cube, potatoes, salt and pepper
Bring to a light boil, then simmer for about an hour, stirring every 10 minutes or so
