12 ounces Pasta
2 tablespoons Butter
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon Pepper flakes
3/4 cup Vodka
1 bunch Basil (chopped)
16 ounces Tomato Sauce
~1 cup Cream
1/2 cup Parmesan
Cook pasta according to package instructions
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add butter
Once melted, add the garlic and pepper flakes, cook for one minute
Add vodka and cook until it has reduced by half
Add tomato sauce, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 10 minutes
Add cream, Parmesan, and basil, mix well and continue cooking until the desired consistency is reached
Add pasta and mix well
Eat!
