2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion (sliced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
4 Chilies(sliced)
1/2 pound Ground Beef (or any other protein)
3 cups Cooked White Rice
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 cup Basil Leaves
Salt
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
Add the onions, chilies, and garlic and saute for a couple minutes
Add the ground beef and saute for a couple more minutes, until browned
Add the cooked rice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar and mix well
Toss through the basil and remove from the heat.
Eat!
