Taco Meat

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Meat (skirt steak, chicken, shrimp, etc.)

  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Marinade

    • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

    • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice

    • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

    • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

    • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder

    • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

    • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Toppings:

  • 1/2 Red Onion (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)

  • Limes (juice)

Instructions

  1. Cut meat into small cubes

  2. Pour marinade mixture and meat into a one gallon baggie, let marinade for a few hours

  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil

  4. Once hot, add the meet and marinade solution

  5. Sauté until meat is cooked through

  6. Serve in a Corn Tortilla with some onion, cilantro, and a little lime juice

  7. Eat!
