1.5 pounds Meat (skirt steak, chicken, shrimp, etc.)
1 tablespoon Oil
Marinade
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Toppings:
1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
Limes (juice)

Instructions
Cut meat into small cubes
Pour marinade mixture and meat into a one gallon baggie, let marinade for a few hours
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil
Once hot, add the meet and marinade solution
Sauté until meat is cooked through
Serve in a Corn Tortilla with some onion, cilantro, and a little lime juice
Eat!
