Pizza Dough

1 cups Warm Water
1 teaspoons Yeast
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Olive Oil

In stand mixer, combine water and yeast and let proof for a couple minutes
Add flour, salt and olive oil
Mix well and kneed for 3-5 minutes
Let rest 15 minutes
Fold dough over itself a few times, shape into a ball
Let rest for 3.5 hours at room temperature on a lightly floured surface, covered with cling wrap or a damp towel
Use your fingers to shape the dough into a large-sized pizza
Add sauce & toppings
Bake your pizza at 550 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes
Eat!
