Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cups Warm Water

  • 1 teaspoons Yeast

  • 2 cups Flour

  • 1 teaspoons Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In stand mixer, combine water and yeast and let proof for a couple minutes

  2. Add flour, salt and olive oil

  3. Mix well and kneed for 3-5 minutes

  4. Let rest 15 minutes

  5. Fold dough over itself a few times, shape into a ball

  6. Let rest for 3.5 hours at room temperature on a lightly floured surface, covered with cling wrap or a damp towel

  7. Use your fingers to shape the dough into a large-sized pizza

  8. Add sauce & toppings

  9. Bake your pizza at 550 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes

  10. Eat!
