Butter Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken
1 pound Chicken (cubed)
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Oil (for frying)
Sauce
1 medium Onion (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Chili Powder
5 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon White Vinegar
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon Cream
Instructions
Combine chicken and spices
In a large skillet over medium high heat, fry the chicken until cooked
Remove the chicken and set aside
Add onions to the pan and cook for a few minutes
Add garlic and cook for another minute
Add tomatoes, garam masala, sugar, chili powder, butter, and vinegar - mix well and let simmer for 15 minutes
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth
Strain through a sieve to remove any pulp
Mix the chicken in with the sauce
Spoon the cream over
Serve with Basmati Rice and Naan
Eat!
