3 tablespoons Butter
3 Eggs
1 Onion (diced)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 inch Ginger (diced)
2 Dried Red Chilis (chopped)
1 tablespoon Miso
3 cups Cooked White Rice
1/4 pound Precooked Chopped Protein of Choice (Chicken/Shrimp/Beef)
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
5-10 leaves Fresh Basil (chopped)
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and scramble the eggs - set aside for later
Add the remaining butter to the skillet and add the onions, cook for 5 minutes or so
Add garlic, ginger, and chilis, miso and saute for a few minutes until aromatic
Add the rice, meat, scrambled eggs, soy sauce, fish sauce, and basil and saute for about 5 minutes
Add the sesame oil and mix well
Eat!
