1/2 cup Canola Oil
3 Large Green Plantains
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
~2 tablespoons Water
1/4 - 1/2 pound Chicharrón (finely chopped)
In a large skillet, heat canola oil to 350F
Or use a deep fryer
Fry for about 5 minutes until cooked through or floating in frying oil
Remove and rest on paper towel to drain grease
Place in a food processor with oil, salt, and water and purre until the proper texture is reached
Mix in Chicharrón and form into a ball
Eat!
