Crab/Fish Cakes

1 pound Fresh Fish or Crap (chopped)
1 Egg
1/4 cup Caesar Dressing
1 cup Toasted Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Oil for Frying

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
Portion into 4 or 6 patties and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper
Place in the refrigerator for an hour or so to cool and firm up
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat
Once hot, add enough oil to cover the bottom
Once the oil is hot, add the patties
Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown
Let rest on paper towels for a few minutes to drain grease and cool
Eat!
