Crab/Fish Cakes


  • 1 pound Fresh Fish or Crap (chopped)

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 cup Caesar Dressing

  • 1 cup Toasted Bread Crumbs

  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

  • Oil for Frying


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well

  2. Portion into 4 or 6 patties and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Place in the refrigerator for an hour or so to cool and firm up

  4. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat

  5. Once hot, add enough oil to cover the bottom

  6. Once the oil is hot, add the patties

  7. Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown

  8. Let rest on paper towels for a few minutes to drain grease and cool

  9. Eat!
