Shrimp and Grits

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound Bacon (chopped)

  • 1/2 pound Raw Shrimp

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice

  • Grits

  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place bacon in a large skillet, and cook over medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes until done

  2. Remove bacon

  3. Add shrimp, garlic, seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well

  4. Cook for about two minutes on each side, until done

  5. Remove from heat, add bacon back to the pan, drizzle with lime juice

  6. Serve with Grits

  7. Eat!
